Title I.A Fall Meeting Notice
We’ve been made aware of a rumor circulating on social media about a potential threat to our district. I want to assure you that our School Resource Officer (SRO) and school officials have thoroughly investigated this matter. Thankfully, we have found no credible evidence to suggest any danger to our students or staff. Your children’s safety is our absolute priority, and while we believe the situation to be under control, we are taking extra precautions. Out of an abundance of caution, we will be increasing our vigilance on campus, and we have alerted local and county law enforcement to be on standby, should we need their assistance.

🌳 New Outdoor Space at Liberty Middle School!🌳
We’re excited to announce that Liberty Middle School has a brand-new outdoor area for our students and staff to enjoy! 🎉 This space is perfect for students to relax and eat lunch in the fresh air or just take a break during the day.
But that’s not all! Teachers can also take advantage of the area for outdoor lessons, bringing a breath of fresh air into their classrooms—literally! Whether it’s a quiet place to read, study, or have a small group discussion, we know this space will become a favorite for everyone.
We can’t wait to see how our Eagles use this amazing new space!
Join us in celebrating #TeacherProud Tuesday! We are excited to celebrate with other districts in the region. This month we are spotlighting Nicole Tipton.
This is Mrs. Tipton's first year to teach ELA in the Mountain View-Birch Tree School District, but she brought several years of teaching experience with her. Mrs. Tipton has ELA certification, along with Special Education certification. In addition, Mrs. Tipton has a Masters in Administration. We are so grateful she committed to the Liberty Eagles for the 2024-2025 school year! If you know her, you know she is compassionate, organized, and all business in the classroom. She is well loved by students and staff and is making a difference every single day!
Our 8th-grade Social Studies students in Mrs. Smith’s class have been busy preparing for their upcoming assessment through **learning centers**! These centers are designed to get students moving, collaborating, and actively reviewing key concepts. 🎯
Great job, Eagles—keep soaring!
Parents, reserve Mondays for appointments and preparations so Tuesday through Friday can be all about learning. In addition to appointments and preparations, we hope students take time to relax and recharge. Together, we can keep our students on track for success!
Eagles win 22 14 will play Thayer next Saturday afternoon at home.
Great win today!!
